KICRA (“KICRA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides all training courses and educational materials digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

1. Course Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a username and password to log in and access your purchased training course.

  • Login credentials and instructions will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within 48 hours.

  • Please ensure your email address is accurate to avoid delays or access issues.

2. Access Issues

  • If you do not receive your login credentials within 48 hours, check your spam or junk email folder.

  • For assistance, contact support@kicraofficial.com.

  • Technical issues preventing access will be addressed to the extent reasonably possible, but do not qualify for a refund or credit.

3. User Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Sharing your username, password, or course content with others is strictly prohibited.

4. No Physical Shipping

  • All training courses, certificates, and related materials are delivered entirely online.

  • No physical items will be mailed.

5. Technical Requirements

  • Access requires a compatible device, internet connection, and supported web browser.

  • KICRA is not liable for issues arising from incompatible devices, unsupported browsers, or internet connectivity problems.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • As outlined in our Refund Policy, all course purchases are final once purchase has been made. This includes training courses, seminars, workshops, and all programs.

  • Technical problems will be addressed where possible, but do not constitute a refund or exchange.
