We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once purchase of a program has been made, regardless of usage, completion status, or change of mind. Promotional offers, discounted enrollments, and bundled or special-rate programs are also final sale.
Access to training courses is granted within 48 hours of successful payment. Please review course descriptions, requirements, and suitability carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions prior to purchase, contact us at support@kicraofficial.com.
If you experience technical issues, access problems, or receive the incorrect course, contact us promptly at support@kicraofficial.com so we can review and resolve the matter. Resolving access issues does not constitute a refund.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or verified payment processing errors, subject to review. Approved corrections will be issued to the original payment method, though your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process.
